Collecting your rental car at Rhodes Airport
Rhodes International Airport “Diagoras” (RHO) is at Paradisi on the west coast of the island. The main rental office is about 300 metres away. Once you have booked, we meet you at Gate 8 in the arrivals hall and drive you straight there to sign the contract, pay and collect the keys.

Book your car online
Choose your car on the Rhodes booking marketplace and confirm your dates, pickup and drop-off times and driver age. It takes a couple of minutes and you do not need a credit card.

Add your flight details
Give us your flight number and arrival time when you book. We follow arrivals at Diagoras, so a late flight only changes the time we meet you.

Land at Rhodes Diagoras Airport (RHO)
Rhodes Airport is a single-terminal airport at Paradisi, about 14 km from Rhodes Town, so you are usually through the terminal within minutes of landing.

Collect your luggage and walk into arrivals
Pick up your bags at baggage reclaim and carry on into the arrivals hall. There is nothing to sign or queue for inside the terminal.

Meet your representative at Gate 8, arrivals
We do not have a desk inside the terminal. Instead, one of our representatives waits for you at Gate 8 in the arrivals area with your booking.

Short drive to the rental office
Your representative drives you and your luggage to our main rental office, about 300 metres from the airport. It is a couple of minutes away.

Rental agreement and payment at the office
At the office you go through the rental agreement with a member of staff, pay for the rental and check the car over together before you leave.

Get the keys and start your Rhodes trip
You take the keys and drive straight out onto the west-coast road. On departure day you bring the car back to the same office and we run you to the terminal in good time.
Good to know before you land
Delayed or late flights
Add your flight number and arrival time when you book. We follow arrivals, so if your flight is late we simply meet you at Gate 8 when you actually land.
No credit card, no deposit
You pay at the office when you collect the car. A credit card is not required, and smaller car groups can be booked with no deposit at all.
Other pickup points on Rhodes
We can also arrange pickup and drop-off in Rhodes Town, at the port and in resorts such as Faliraki, Ixia, Kolympia, Lindos and Pefkos.
Driving on Rhodes
You drive on the right. Speed limits are 50 km/h in towns and up to 80 km/h on the open road, and both Lindos and the Old Town have pedestrian or restricted zones.
Documents to bring
Bring your passport or ID card, a driving licence you have held for at least a year, and your booking confirmation. If your licence was issued outside the EU, bring an International Driving Permit too.
Departure day
Drop the car back at the same office and we drive you to the terminal. Early-morning and late-evening flights are no problem — we work around your departure time.
